… which calls itself, tongue in cheek, “the first and best” clown theatre in Vienna but actually
is the only one of its kind in the German speaking area. It is a regional center for everybody
dedicated to clowning and an international hotspot of this art form during the festival. Clowning
as fun and as philosophy, as a universal tool for seeing human beings in all their humaneness – and
that means also in their ridiculousness.
Hence the title, just as pretentious as serious: LET´S SAVE THE WORLD! Clowns will! Who else?
